More details will be made available at a future date.

Note: Once capacity has been reached for exhibitors’ table-top displays at this event, no further exhibitor commitments can be accepted. If a commitment/payment for an exhibit table is received after capacity has been reached, it will be returned or refunded as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Once available, details will be provided regarding conference venues and directions for reserving your overnight room, the cut-off date, etc. Please note that, after the established deadline or once capacity has been reached – whichever comes first – reservations will only be accepted upon availability at prevailing hotel rates.

Complimentary parking (with in/out privileges) is available for overnight guests of the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Erie Bayfront, who may park in their own hotels’ respective on-site parking garages.

Complimentary parking is also available to conference attendees who are not overnight guests of one of these two hotels. On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, these guests may park in the parking garage at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel (pressing the call button, upon their exit, prompting the Front Desk to open the gate), where all conference-related activities take place that day (with the exception of the Young Professionals Committee meeting).
