The US Congress is considering a disaster recovery supplemental funding package in response to the damage caused by Hurricane Ida.  As some of you saw firsthand, Pennsylvania was severely impacted by flooding, wind and other damage due to this devastating storm.  The International Economic Development Council (IEDC) is asking that the package include $1 billion for the Economic Development Administration (EDA), which has a long history of helping communities recover their economic vitality following disasters.
