2025 PEDA Conference Sponsorship Form

The Value of Sponsorship

Recent conferences hosted by the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA) have addressed such topics as workforce development, regional collaboration, real estate development, energy, brownfield revitalization, job creation and retention, entrepreneurship, legislative issues and COVID-19 recovery, among others. All content is carefully planned to ensure its timeliness, impact and value to PEDA’s members and partners. PEDA’s success, however, also hinges upon the support received from sponsors, whose investments allow the organization to continue to offer high quality and impactful conferences.

Beyond networking and cutting-edge educational opportunities, PEDA’s annual conferences provide enhanced access to professionals from a statewide network of economic developers, allowing supporters to demonstrate their commitment to the profession and to grow the awareness of their brands and value propositions to key decision makers across the Commonwealth. Just a few of the potentially available benefits (depending upon the selected sponsorship level and other factors) to consider are the following.

  • Opportunity to introduce a session
  • Complimentary Registration
  • Opportunity for banner placement
  • Recognition in the conference brochure and program
  • Guest passes to evening reception(s)
  • Recognition in promotional emails

Find out more about specific sponsorship packages and a-la-carte options by downloading our 2025 PEDA Conference Sponsorship Form.

Terms, Conditions, & Information

For purposes such as additional on-site signage (applicable to live events) and for promotional purposes, PEDA requires all sponsors and exhibitors to provide their logos - at the time of payment - in both high resolution vector eps format and jpeg (300 dpi or higher) format. These logos should be emailed to conferences@peda.org.

Please note that supplemental items associated with various sponsorship levels (e.g., logos, ads, etc.) must be received by PEDA in a timely manner in order to be included in relevant publications (e.g., registration brochure, program, etc., where applicable), in electronic communications and on the PEDA conference website, where applicable. Sponsors whose benefits include logo placement must submit all requested items along with their completed sponsorship form and payment as soon as possible. Items received after the brochure or program have been prepared, just as an example, will not be included in those documents, based on circumstances. PEDA cannot be held responsible for benefits not received due to untimely submissions of key items. Regarding the right for certain levels of sponsors to have their banners placed in designated locations during the course of a conference, please note that procedures vary between venues and this benefit is subject to venues’ policies and procedures.

Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis. Sponsorship opportunities listed as "Exclusive" may be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Adherence to any listed or communicated time frames and/or deadlines will allow for maximum benefits to be received.

Once capacity has been reached for exhibitors’ table-top displays at a conference event, no further exhibitor commitments can be accepted. If a commitment/payment for an exhibit table is received after capacity has been reached, it will be returned or refunded as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

PEDA reserves the right to revise these benefits at any time (including, but not limited to, removing or adding new sponsorship levels). PEDA reserves the right to decline sponsorships, exhibitors or advertisements from organizations whose missions PEDA, in its sole opinion, believes to be contrary to the needs, concerns and collective goals of PEDA.

Consent to Use of Photo / Video / Audio: Registration for, attendance at or participation in the conference constitute an agreement by the registrant, attendee or participant to PEDA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s, attendee’s or participant’s image and/or likeness and/or voice (as recorded on audio or video) without compensation.

Neither PEDA (including its officers, directors, partners, agents, employees, etc.) nor any conference venue (including its officers, directors, partners, agents, employees, etc.) can be held responsible for any damage to or loss of personal items of conference participants.

CDC & PA DOH Guidelines & Restrictions

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PA DOH), among others, have established guidelines and restrictions including, but not limited to, social distancing, reduced maximum occupancy in venue meeting rooms and spaces, etc. Registration for, attendance at or participation in this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant, attendee or participant to follow all guidelines and abide by all restrictions in place at the time of the event and an understanding registrations may be limited, based upon such guidelines and restrictions.

In the event of a cancelled conference or a conference that is impacted by COVID-related meeting size restrictions, and where applicable, PEDA would work with sponsors to find a mutually beneficial means of delivering value.

The Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA) is classified as a 501(c)(6) association by the Internal Revenue Service.
