Having received inquiries from PEDA members representing Certified Economic Development Organizations (CEDOs), PEDA has scheduled a Zoom meeting to discuss the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) program guidelines and application process. The goal of SSBCI, administered through the U.S. Department of the Treasury, is to support small businesses by offering access to capital through loans and equity investments. In Pennsylvania, DCED is administering the SSBCI program by contracting with eligible entities – including CEDOs – to implement and administer the SSBCI revolving loan fund.

  • What: This virtual session will feature an overview by Ryan Emerson, Director of DCED’s Grants Office, as well as an opportunity to ask questions about the SSBCI revolving loan fund and to learn more about the application process and guidelines.
  • Who: PEDA members representing CEDOs. Please limit registration to one PEDA member per CEDO.
  • When: Thursday, July 28th; 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Where: Zoom (Meeting)
  • How: Register by Wednesday, July 27th, at 3:00 pm. Zoom credentials will be automatically sent with your event confirmation email.
