Neighborhood Assistance Program 101
In Pennsylvania, the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is overseen by the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED). This tax credit program aims to encourage businesses to invest in projects which improve distressed areas or support neighborhood conservation. Working together, PEDA and DCED are convening this meeting to ensure economic development professionals have a firm understanding of the program (i.e., uses, eligibility, application, examples of successful projects, etc.), which saw its funding double to $72M in Governor Josh Shapiro's FY 2024-25 budget.
We are pleased to share that we'll be joined by guest presenter Kelsey DeMerlis, Director of the Center for Community Services at the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. Register today and plan to bring your questions!
Following registration, Zoom credentials for this meeting will be provided in your confirmation email. Please do not share these credentials with others, as we would ask that each individual submits their own registration. Thank you in advance.
Consent to Use of Photo / Video / Audio: Registration for, attendance at or participation in the event constitutes an agreement by the registrant, attendee or participant to PEDA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s, attendee’s or participant’s image and/or likeness and/or voice (as recorded on audio or video) without compensation.
