PA SITES Program & PA Mixed-Use Housing Development Pilot Program

The Pennsylvania Strategic Investments to Enhance Sites Program (PA SITES) was established to provide grant and loan funding to eligible applicants to develop competitive sites for businesses to relocate or expand within the Commonwealth. The program, which received $400M in funding and which includes two components (planning grants; constructions grants and loans), began accepting applications October 1, 2024 and will continue to accept them on a rolling basis, with reviews to take place on a quarterly basis.

The Pennsylvania Mixed-Use Housing Development Pilot Program was established to provide grant funding to eligible applicants for the development or conversion of buildings or land for mixed-use development, which include a portion of the development or conversion project devoted to a final residential use.
